About Us

We moved to Portland a year and a half ago to start PBJ's. We picked Portland for the friendly people and awesome wine, beer and food. We love living here and are so excited to be cartpreneurs. Thank you all for your support and we look so forward to you enjoying our tasty sandwiches!

Mission statement:

To provide products that are natural and organic when ever possible. To be conscious of the environment, support the local markets and assist in the inner economy. Bring a positive attitude to the business forum, while serving quality ingredients that are creative and delicious.

Products Summary:

Our jams are produced by Oregon Growers, located in Hood River, OR. They support local farmers with sustainable practices in the Pacific Northwest. Our peanut butter and almond butter are made from organic peanuts, and produced by PBJ's. The hazelnut butter is produced locally in the Willamette valley. We use Dagoba organic chocolate which is located in Ashland, OR. Gabriel's Bakery makes our bread, natural and no preservatives. They have been producing bread for over 20 years here in Portland, OR.
